One-Year Limited Warranty

JetKVM products purchased from this store are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

If a product develops a defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. For an approved claim, we will, at our discretion, repair the product, replace it with the same or an equivalent product, or provide another appropriate remedy. There is no charge for approved warranty service, and we will cover standard shipping to and from the customer.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or other customer-caused damage. Coverage is subject to inspection and confirmation by JetKVM.

This limited warranty is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
